DUTIES

Collect and Analyze data for Estimating; job scheduling and project management; project invoicing for all scheduled projects awarded to AWACP; design Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system; estimate HVAC Air Distribution materials and equipment based on sizing and design layout from mechanical construction plans; upon review of mechanical construction plans make appropriate changes when necessary, for HVAC Air Distribution materials based on performance data as well as analyze customer design proposal and specifications, evaluate proposal, and provide an estimate for the project. 

EDUCATION/REQ’S

Bachelor’s (or foreign equi. degree) in Mechanical Engg. or related with 5 yrs. of progressive experience in the field with knowledge of HVAC, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Bluebeam, Revit & Windows.

HOURS: 40 hours per week.

SALARY: $125,798 per year.
